Please join the Shumka Centre for the formal presentations of the work completed by Emily Carr design students through the program. Each designer will give a 5-minute presentation summarizing the work they concluded with the participating Canadian startup companies.

Between January and April 2024, nine student designers worked directly with the technical and business leads of nine Canadian companies to explore and develop a new methodology for connecting design to Internet startups. Designers considered existing design gaps, perform user interface/usability studies, and develop design strategies for the companies in residence.
We will hear presentations from the following designers:
