spent the first 30 years of his artistic life working as a dancer for companies such as the Toronto Dance Theatre, Coleman Lemieux & Compagnie, Dancetheatre David Earle, Peggy Baker Dance Projects and Doug Varone & Dancers, performing throughout Canada and in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. He also appeared in a number of dance films and theatre productions. His choreography, which has been presented across Canada and has been nominated for a Dora Mavor Moore Award, includes commissions for dance companies, dance institutions and independent film and theatre productions. As a rehearsal director, teacher and coach, he has worked with a number of dance companies and training institutions across Canada and abroad. He holds an MA in dance from York University. Michael continues to develop choreography in Toronto through his ensemble WalkRunDance, and as well as pursuing visual art studies in Vancouver.

Danielle Baskerville works with Canada’s leading contemporary dance companies and creators and has been performing internationally for the past twenty-five years. Artistic Associate of D.A. Hoskins’ The Dietrich Group and a senior member of Dancetheatre David Earle, upcoming independent projects include commissioning and producing The Miserere Project as part of Bright Nights 2021/2022, performing in Jordan Tannaill's Declarations in Montreal's Festival Transamèrique 2021 and premiering a new solo by Jonathan Osborn entitled 100 Years. Recipient of the 2014 K.M. Hunter Award in Dance and a multiple-Dora Award winner, Danielle recently went back to school to complete an SSHRC- funded MA in Dance Studies at York University. She is a contributor to The Dance Current and has served as an Executive Member of the board of the Canadian Alliance of Dance Artists – Ontario Chapter.
